Problems / Returns

Systems - Complete game systems cannot be returned, as they are 100% custom made for each customer. If you have a problem with your game system, call us for technical assistance at1-920-347-0333. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue over the phone. It is the customer's responsibility to ship back the problem part/s in exchange for the replacement parts, we will then immediately send out the parts necessary to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Also, it is up to the customer to install the replacement part/s necessary to get the system functioning properly.

Components - If you have a problem with your game board / part and it is due to a manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace the defective board / part while it is under warranty. Please see our warranty guidelines for more information.  Game boards and parts may be returned within 15 days for a refund less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee for reasons other than defect. All returns must be in the same condition in which they were sent out. Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping charges. We will issue a refund in the same manner as payment received.

If you have a return or exchange, email or call us with the following information. Please provide your name, invoice / order # and the products that you intend to return and for what reason. We will provide you with a return address if you do not have one already.  Feel free to ship returns with your preferred carrier and save the tracking number as proof of your return. It is important that you save your return tracking number in case there are any issues during transit. Please package your boards carefully! We recommend packaging paper or bubble wrap around each board.

Trade In Policy

We gladly accept trade in merchandise to be used as credit towards your next purchase. Please call or email us with the following information. Please provide your name, the quantities and types of products that you are interested in trading in. Also be sure to list the condition of the products, whether they are 100% working, working but with issues, or to be used for parts.

We will contact you with the items that we will accept for credit and the amount of credit given. We will provide you with a return address if you do not have one already. Feel free to ship trade in items with your preferred carrier and save the tracking number as proof of shipment. It is important that you save your tracking number in case there are any issues during transit. Please package your boards carefully! We recommend packaging paper or bubble wrapped around each board.

Credit will be applied to your account once items have been tested and condition noted. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we can not guarantee full credit on items that are received as non working when they were said to be working. For your shopping convenience, customers will also be notified as soon as credit amount is finalized and applied to their account.
